Which is more harmful - a bottle of 300ml soft drink(black specifically) or a bottle of brezzer?

Black soft drink must be a cola or root beer. Its the Breezer. Many alcohol drinks would have been better over the sugar of soft drinks but since the Breezer has sugar too it with the alcohol is worse. I say that given the fact that a small nip of alcohol may be healthy but the sugar is far too bad to allow this drink to be awarded a medallion of health.
