My Samsung NP-R440 laptop microphone doesn't work?

I reformatted my samsung NP-R40 laptop to windows 7 32 bit and now my speaker's microphone isn't already working. I've already installed the sound driver from Samsung Support websitebut I can only hear the sound of the other party. They can't hear me.
