Nursing Practitioner and a Nurse Anesthetist?

You need the BSRN and then some experience as a RN; then you will be applying to a specific NP program (which will be a DNP degree by them- and take about 3 years or so). You can not work your way up. You will need education on medicine which you do not learn on the job as a RN.
