Car still idling crazy and lurching after alot of work already?

I drive a 2004 tiburon, automatic, 4 cylinder about 90,000 miles.... biggest problem I've been havig is the lurching. When I brake and am almost completely stopped the car lurches forward and doesn't completely idle back to normal. I have replaced the battery, the alternator, the thermostat, had the transmission flushed, throttle body cleaned and the spark plugs changed. What else could possibly be wrong?
