GHoSt?!?! please help?

hello im katlynn i am 14 years old, okay me and my family KNOW that there is 3 ghost in my house. but they say they don't want to call anyone because they are not harmful. but they past few days have been really weird. i was in bed and i heard tings moving around in my room but i thought it was nothing so the next morning i woke up and my barbies were out and set up like someone was playing with they. so i asked my my parents if they did it and they said no. they last night i was washing my face and i felt a finger go up my back then touch my shoulder. and i was calm. but when it touched me i felt like it was trying to tell me something. what should i do? and please no rude or hurtful comment. thank you for you time
