Is ejacting too much sperm bad or harmful?

im 15, almost 16 and i've been masturbating since like 5th or 4 th grade i know it's bad and im gonna quit that junk. but after all those years is it harmful to anything? like will it f up my kids? or anything of the reproductive sort? or anything else? plz be seirous and not joke im nervous....
