HELP I AM SO UGLY!!! SKIN PROBLEMS! 10 points.?

i have this puffy pink redness around my eyes like ive smoked pot my entire life.( i never did im a 14 year old girl) and i never done any other drugs. I have acne everywhere all of the sudden I was my face daily with Clearasil and regular soup now im starting to develop acne on my chest! I wash my body all of the time 2. i didn't have much acne last night and woke up and I have 3 huge pimples on my chin all of the side of my nose and the ones on my forehead got larger even when i did wash my face b4 i went to bed. I cant deal with this! oh yeah and im extremely pale and the sun never shines here in michigan so yeah. I Swear im gonna kill myself! i hate how i like I have no money or anything so i cant just go to a dermatologist do you have anything I could make out of household items I don't understand how a whole swarm of pimples can just develop in 1 night.Np guy is ever gonna want me and no one lse is gonna want me either! and if i do somehow get money what are the cheapest products to use thanks.
