Can Webroot protect me if i enter a website that contains malware?

web guard,web shield,or web browser protection features is include in paid antiviruses they scan url of site and block website if its contain unwanted file,i'm not sure about webroot but other paid antiviruses like eset,quick heal,kaspersky,avira premium,norton,vipre all have that feature.
